Popular juice recipes
My personal preference for the juices I make is simplicity. By this I mean making juices that typically have a maximum of three ingredients. I like these kinds of juices because the taste does not become too complex and it is easy to taste my chosen fruit and vegetables.
Below is a list (in no particular order) of some of my favorite juice recipes:
- Orange juice
- Carrot, orange and ginger juice
- Apple, pineapple and ginger juice
- Apple, spinach and ginger juice
- Pineapple, carrot and lemon juice
- Apple, orange, banana and strawberry smoothie
- Banana, blueberry and soy milk smoothie
- Banana, strawberry and soy milk smoothie
As you can see, I am a big fan of spicing things up with a chunk of ginger. This is great both for the health benefits as well as the extra taste.
